Why this matters now

Google Cloud is where your AI, data, and productivity bills are growing fastest.

Vertex AI workloads, BigQuery slot consumption, Gemini consumption, and Google Workspace seats are now three of the top five line items on most Google Cloud invoices — and the hardest to govern with traditional CCM or showback tools.

DigiUsher is the FinOps Operating System built for that reality. One platform, one schema — FOCUS compliant — governs the full Google Cloud estate end-to-end: infrastructure, data, AI, and productivity, with unit economics tied back to the business.

What DigiUsher covers on Google Cloud

One platform. The full Google Cloud estate.

Every DigiUsher capability works natively across the Google Cloud surface area below.

01Google Cloud — GCE, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Spanner
Deep-cost visibility, anomaly detection, rightsizing, commitment and CUD planning, chargeback/showback, and policy-enforced governance — FOCUS 1.x native.
02Vertex AI & Gemini consumption
Token-level attribution for Gemini and Vertex AI model calls, per-team and per-feature unit economics, model-choice guardrails, and forecast-to-budget controls for AI spend.
03BigQuery
Slot-level observability, on-demand vs. editions analysis, query-cost attribution down to user and dashboard, storage tiering recommendations, and reservation optimisation.
04Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
Workload-level cost allocation with Karpenter, KEDA, HPA, VPA support; idle and oversized pod detection; namespace and label-driven chargeback.
05Google Workspace & Gemini Consumption
Seat-level utilisation, inactive-licence recovery, edition-mix optimisation, and licence-to-role fit for Gemini Business/Enterprise add-ons.
06Multi-cloud & on-premises
Same platform extends to AWS, Azure, OCI, Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic, OpenAI, MongoDB and on-premises — so Google Cloud never becomes a reporting island.

Why teams pick DigiUsher over CCM / native tools

Four things you won't find together anywhere else.

01 · Deployment

Flexible deployment model

Available in three deployment models — SaaS, Managed SaaS, and Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC). Regulated industries don't ship billing and usage data to a vendor tenant. DigiUsher deploys inside your Google Cloud project (BYOC) with a patent-pending architecture, so sensitive cost, usage, KPI and tag data stays where it belongs.

02 · Pricing

Flat licence — not a percentage of your spend

Your savings should compound as your spend grows. DigiUsher charges a predictable flat licence, not a percentage. The bigger your Google Cloud footprint, the better the ROI.

03 · Schema

FOCUS 1.x native from day one

Built on the FinOps Foundation's FOCUS 1.x schema — so Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, OCI, Databricks and Snowflake costs reconcile to a common model without custom ETL.

04 · Automation

Push-not-pull automation engineering accepts

Recommendations don't sit in a dashboard. DigiUsher surfaces them via your existing tools and ecosystem; adopts your change management processes and applies the remediations. Plugs into GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, n8n and Zapier.

Built with — and delivered through — global partners

A partner-led delivery model for Google Cloud customers.

GSI ecosystem

FinOps that arrives with the delivery team you already trust.

DigiUsher is delivered at enterprise scale through leading Global System Integrators — the same firms running your Google Cloud migration, data modernisation, and Gemini rollouts. That means FinOps doesn't arrive as a separate workstream; it arrives with the delivery team you already trust.

Already trusted by leading Global System Integrators such as Infosys, Wipro, Hexaware and more.

We are actively expanding our GSI ecosystem on Google Cloud. If you lead an Infrastructure, or Google Cloud practice inside a GSI — let's talk at Next about co-sell.

What you'll get from the meeting

A 15-minute Meeting. Three concrete takeaways.

01

Google Cloud FinOps maturity read

Where your current estate sits on visibility, optimisation, and governance — benchmarked against peers.

02

Vertex AI & Gemini cost-control playbook

The specific guardrails, attribution model, and forecasting controls that work for token-priced workloads.

03

Google Workspace and more

Bring Google Workspace into FOCUS compliant schema. Everything resides at one platform.

Expand to other cloud providers, On-Premise Datacentres, Databricks, Snowflake and more.

For GSI conversations, we'll swap the agenda for a co-sell walk-through: reference architecture, commercial model and enablement.

Short FAQ

A few things people usually ask first.

Do we need to move our data to DigiUsher?

Not necessarily. We are hosted in your geography — but with BYOC, billing and usage data stays inside your Google Cloud boundary. We process where your data lives.

How long to see first value?

Most Google Cloud customers see their first optimisation recommendations and a full cost map within 24–48 hours of connecting a billing export — not weeks.

Does this replace Google Cloud's own cost tools?

It augments them. DigiUsher sits on top of Google Cloud Billing and adds cross-cloud FOCUS normalisation, unit economics, automation, and governance that the native tools don't provide — especially for Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Workspace/Gemini licences together. And even add Anthropic, OpenAI consumptions along with other cloud providers and On-Premise Datacentres.

We already have a CCM tool. Why switch?

Three common reasons: flat-licence vs. percentage-of-spend pricing, BYOC/on-premises deployment for regulated data, and a FOCUS-native engine that unifies Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, OCI, Databricks, and Snowflake without custom ETL.
