Partners

Implemented and co-sold by the integrators enterprises already trust.

Most DigiUsher programs reach production through a Global System Integrator. The partner owns discovery, deployment, and the standing FinOps practice; DigiUsher provides the platform, the enablement, and the co-sell motion behind it. If your transformation partner brought us to the table, this page explains why.

Delivery & co-sell network

Six global integrators, one delivery standard.

Every partner team is certified on the same TVR implementation method, so a program run in Frankfurt by one integrator looks like a program run in Bangalore by another. That consistency is what makes the motion scalable rather than personality-dependent.

The co-sell motion

How a partner-led engagement actually runs.

Four stages, typically eight to twelve weeks from first conversation to a live practice.

Customer The enterprise Holds the estate, the EDP/MACC commitment, and the MSA with the integrator.
existing MSA

Partner GSI Leads discovery, deploys, runs the standing TVR practice. Bills services on own paper.

subscription + enablement
Vendor DigiUsher Provides the platform, certification, and joint pursuit support. Never competes for services.
01

Joint qualification

Partner identifies the value realization gap inside an existing account. DigiUsher provides the discovery framework and the persona-specific talk tracks. Deal registered for margin protection.

02

Proof of value

One or two cost sources connected, first insight inside 48 hours. Run against a single business unit or a single domain, usually AI or Kubernetes, where waste is most visible fastest.

03

Marketplace transaction

Subscription transacted via AWS or Azure Marketplace under a private offer. Draws down the customer's EDP or MACC commitment while the partner bills implementation on its own paper.

04

Standing practice

Partner operates the ongoing TVR practice: quarterly value reviews, optimization backlog, chargeback governance. Recurring services revenue on a platform that keeps proving its own ROI.

Three ways the subscription gets bought.

Available in AWS Marketplace

AWS Marketplace

Transacted as a Consulting Partner Private Offer (CPPO). The subscription draws down the customer's EDP commitment while the partner invoices implementation on its own paper.

Microsoft Azure

Azure Marketplace

Transacted as a Multiparty Private Offer (MPO), so the subscription counts toward the customer's MACC commitment and the partner keeps its Microsoft co-sell credit.

Existing MSA

Partner paper

Resold by the partner under a master services agreement the customer already holds. Flat annual subscription in every case, never a percentage of spend.

Why partners build on DigiUsher

The economics work for a services business.

Margin

Subscription and services margin

Partners earn on both the platform subscription and the implementation. Flat-tier subscription makes the product line predictable to quote and easy to bundle into a fixed-price program.

Scope

One platform, many practices

Cloud FinOps, AI cost governance, Kubernetes optimization, and data platform economics are four sellable practices on one deployment, not four tool procurements to justify.

Stickiness

Recurring, defensible work

Verified-realized savings tracking gives the partner a quarterly number to present. Renewals get argued on evidence rather than relationship.

Deployment

BYOC opens regulated accounts

Accounts your teams cannot currently sell a cost tool into (banks, insurers, public sector) become addressable, because the data never leaves the client estate.

Commercial

Marketplace-native

CPPO on AWS and MPO on Azure means the subscription consumes committed spend the client has already budgeted. Procurement friction drops from months to weeks.

Enablement

Certification in weeks

Two to three weeks to certify a delivery pod: platform training, TVR method, persona workshops, and a sandbox estate to practice on.

Partner program

Three levels. Pick the one that matches your motion.

Level 1

Joint pursuit with shared pipeline, deal registration, and marketplace transaction routing. The level most GSIs operate at.

  • Joint account planning & sales enablement
Level 3

OEM / Embedded

DigiUsher embedded inside your own managed service or platform offering, presented under your brand.

  • Everything in Co-Sell
  • White-label and API-first integration
  • Multi-tenant partner deployment
  • Custom commercial construct
Partner questions

What integrators and procurement teams ask first.

Which system integrators deliver DigiUsher?

DigiUsher is delivered and co-sold by Infosys, Wipro, Persistent Systems, Coforge, Hitachi Digital and Hexaware. Partners lead discovery, deployment, and the ongoing FinOps and Technology Value Realization practice, with DigiUsher providing the platform and the enablement.

Can we buy DigiUsher through our existing system integrator contract?

Yes. Partners can resell DigiUsher under an MSA you already hold, or transact via marketplace private offers: a Consulting Partner Private Offer (CPPO) on AWS Marketplace, or a Multiparty Private Offer (MPO) on Azure Marketplace. Either way the license draws down your EDP or MACC commitment while the partner bills implementation on its own paper.

How does the DigiUsher partner program work?

Partners join at delivery, co-sell, or OEM level. Each level includes technical enablement and certification, joint pursuit support, marketplace transaction routing, and margin on both license and services. Onboarding a delivery team takes two to three weeks.
